Ariel
Ariel began his legal career as a Broward County Assistant State Attorney, where he served as a courtroom litigator and gained valuable trial experience handling numerous cases before judges and juries.
Throughout his career, Ariel has built extensive litigation and trial experience. He has handled matters through every stage of the legal process, including jury trials, bench trials, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations with insurance companies. Today, he brings that experience to representing individuals and families throughout Florida who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
As a Florida personal injury attorney, Ariel understands that an injury can affect far more than a person’s physical health. It can impact a family, a career, financial security, and everyday life. He believes every client deserves to be heard, treated with respect, and represented by an attorney who is prepared to fight for them. Whether negotiating with an insurance company or preparing a case for trial, Ariel approaches each matter with the same goal: protecting his clients and pursuing the best possible result.
Ariel has also lectured and assisted on matters involving Florida and Federal Civil Procedure and Criminal Law.
Beyond his legal practice, Ariel has dedicated his time to serving as a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for abused, neglected, and abandoned children. In that role, he helped children navigate the judicial system while working to ensure they had access to appropriate shelter, clothing, education, and long-term support.
Ariel is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia. He is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew.
